| Responsibilities: |

Leadership and drive of Bone Anchored Solutions business across the European distributor group
-
Responsible for market analysis and developing sales strategies for the different regions
-
Responsible for the overall management of the Baha sales activities in distributor group
-
Creates a Baha sales identity within our distributor group with/for our distributor specialists
-
Establishes strong customer relationships with all key people in the distributor companies and relevant KOLs within the country
-
Evaluates competitors' strategies and activities
-
Interfaces with European Senior Product Manager and Bone Anchored Solutions Team for Baha on all business goals
-
Highlights staffing, training, and performance management of the distributor sales people to further develop sales in all distributor group markets |
| Requirements: |
- Degree in Business with emphasis on strategic business management, sales or marketing
-
Proven track record in successful business and sales execution
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
High customer orientation and cultural awareness
-
Experience in medical device industry or audiological background preferred
-
Excellent command in English; language skills in Arabic and/or Russian would be a plus |
